On our honeymoon, I encountered the epitome of luxury. Each day in our unlimited snack/mini bar appeared a new jar of freshly baked cookies, unlike any cookie I've had before. The bridal diet went out the window as we inhaled strange sugar cookies chock-filled with chewy elements that were almost toffee like.
Accidents happen. Sometimes you (or your fiance) are washing the dishes, and you break a glass. Woops. Sometimes you (or your fiance) try to walk right through a screen door. Ouch. Sometimes, when you're 3 years old, you are curious about the 5 gallon jug of canola oil mom keeps under the sink, and you knock it over to see what happens.

I'm not Christian, so Easter to me has traditionally meant a few things: pastel colors, flowers, brunch, egg hunts and, of course, Peeps. This Easter Sunday, thanks to my promise to bring you recipes that feature this season's finest produce, I stumbled upon a new Easter tradition: strawberry rhubarb pie crumble.
